Minimums We do not have a minimum order, however your cost will be dependent on the number of pieces you order. Payment moxie3innovations requires payment to begin any project. If payment is not made, the order will not be processed. We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards. Returned checks are subject to a $35.00 fee. Artwork All artwork must be submitted in an illustrator or photoshop format of at least 300 dpi. If created in photoshop, please send artwork with layers. If done in illustrator, please make sure that text is converted to outlines. If you do not have artwork, moxie3innovations offers design services for $60/hour, with a minimum charge of one hour. Art Approvals moxie3innovations does NOT offer press checks. Art approvals are sent via email within a reasonable time after the order has been placed. Art must be approved by viewing your quote (with the digital proof attached) and clicking on the approve check box in the top left corner and typing your name. If you do not approve the proof, please kindly email us back to request your changes. Moxie3innovations is not responsible for hindrance of production due to delayed approval of the digital proof. Please be sure to check your mock-up for accuracy including: color (note: colors viewed on your digital monitor may vary from the actual print color), placement, spelling, and production information. Sizing of artwork is determined by the smallest size apparel you have. Changes to your Order Once your deposit is received for your quantities, we will do our best to accommodate any additions to your order, but the order may be subject to additional fees and extra production time. Once art is approved and your order moves into production, you will not be allowed to make changes. Anything added to your order after we receive your deposit and art approval is considered a new order. Additional fees may apply. Cancellations All orders are final. If a cancellation is made after an order has been placed, you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus a partial payment covering any service already provided. Absolutely NO cancellations will be allowed if the order is already in process or any printing has been completed. Damages & Under Runs moxie3innovations does our best to ensure every garment is printed correctly, but mistakes are inevitable. Customers have 72 hours to inspect and report any damages or defects with the order. moxie3innovations is not liable for any garment manufactured inconsistencies including, but not limited to: mislabeled garments, color dye irregularities, stitching errors, rips, tears or holes in garments. We are not responsible for out of stock items – we will do everything we can to ensure adequate inventory prior to processing your order. If items are out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you alternative styles. Placement: Please be aware that the industry standard is ¼” tolerance in either direction. This will not be considered a misprint. Turnaround Time & Due Dates Our turnaround time is usually 10 business days. If we are extremely busy, our turn around times can vary between 11-14 business days. Due dates are extremely important to us. If you have a specific date that you must have your product in hand, please let us know. We do offer rush services (if scheduling permits). Rush Orders moxie3innovations offers rush services, but this service is not always available. In order for your rush to be considered, we need the following: artwork, garment style and size breakdown. Rush orders are subject to a rush fee and are based on the delivery times. Pantone Color Matching Pantone color matching is available upon request. A standard rate of $15.00 per color will be charged for all color matching. If no pantone color match is requested, we will do our best to accurately match the colors with the associated proof. Note: colors viewed on a digital monitor vs. colors printed on your garments may not be identical. Shipping, Deliveries, & Pick Up Upon completion of your order, we will email you to let you know. The remainder of your payment is due upon pick up or delivery and is required for us to ship your product. Moxie3innovations is not liable for any delays due to the shipping company and customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees (if applicable). Deliveries are subject to a $30 convenience fee. Estimates Estimates expire in 30 days. Estimates are subject to change upon final review of art and garment style and size breakdown. Prices & Policies moxie3innovations has the right to change and alter pricing & polices without notice. We do our best to keep our prices affordable while maintaining the best quality.

Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may either return your order for a full refund or exchange it. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition in which they were received. Some customized products may not be eligible for refund. Please contact us to request your refund.

Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday. The shipping provider information and tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier and will be provided when the product has been shipped. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location. Signatures are required on orders exceeding $10,000.
